RDW Wood Art accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, providing that the product(s) are not used, changed or otherwise manipulated.
The exception to this is personalised product(s), which cannot be returned or refunded.
No product(s) can be returned without the prior written consent of RDW Wood Art.
Please email the above address for authorisation, quoting your order reference and the reason for the return.
Product(s) need to be returned in the original condition and packaging.
The return postage is to be paid for by the customer.
A refund payment will be made to the buyer providing the product(s) condition is 'as new'.
This will be made within 7 days of the receipt of the returned product(s) and will exclude the original postage charge.
You should expect to receive your refund within a time frame of 5 to 14 working days after the refund has been processed.
